Cabinas Diversion Tropical has snorkel gear and bicycles free of use for hotel guests and inexpensive kayak rental.

We have 5 sets of snorkel gear which hotel guests may use free of charge.

We have four 21 speed mountain bikes which hotel guests may use free of charge.

We have two 2 person Malibu 2 XL Ocean Kayaks. Rental rate with 1 or 2 persons per kayak is $25 per day

Beaches

There are many nice beaches for sunning, swimming and hiking near Brasilito, including Playa Brasilito, Playa Conchal, Playa Flamingo and Play Grande.

Playa Brasilito and Playa Conchal are within walking distance of Cabinas Diversion Tropical.

Playa Flamingo is a short 5 mile bicycle ride away.

Playa Grande is only 10 miles away.

Turtle Watching

Nearby Playa Grande is the country's most imortant nesting site for the leather back turtle. During the nesting season, October through Febuary, night time tours of the nesting area are offered. As many as 100 turtles may be seen laying their eggs on Playa Grande during the course of a night.

Surfing

There are surfing schools, surf board rental and great surfing in nearby Tamarindo and Playa Grande.

Scuba Diving

There are three SCUBA shops in the area offering classes

Restaurants and Nightlife

Brasilito is a quiet Costa Rican village but has a few nice restaurants including the Outback Jack's, Happy Snapper, IL Forno, and Cameron Dorado. Brasilito also has local Costa Rican restaurants or Sodas, including Pollo Tropical, El Mordizco, Soda Mar y Sol and Casita del Pescado.
